Wild Dunes

Wild Dunes is a 1,600-acre oceanfront resort featuring world-class golf, tennis, dining and amenities in a private, country-club setting. Located at the northern tip of the Isle of Palms, Wild Dunes offers visitors a relaxing, upscale alternative to the typical beach vacation.

Dunes Properties represents a wide range of private homes, mid-rise oceanfront villas, townhomes, cottages and flats in Wild Dunes. All are either on or near the beach, and many feature additional golf-course views.

Wild Dunes Attractions

  • Full-service marina with slip rentals, boat rentals and fishing charters.
  • 24-hour private security.
  • The Links Course, designed by Tom Fazio, renowned for its lush views and challenging holes.
  • The Harbor Course, also by Fazio, featuring narrow fairways and spectacular waterway views.
  • Lighted tennis facilities featuring 17 Har-Tru and two hard courts.

Isle of Palms

The lush beach communities of the Isle of Palms are ideally situated to take full advantage of the Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway and nearby Charleston Harbor. True to its name, the Isle of Palms is thick with vegetation, including crepe myrtles, oleanders, majestic moss-covered live oaks and many varieties of palms.

Isle of Palms Attractions

  • Charleston County Park, featuring a large dune walkover, lifeguard patrols, outdoor showers, changing booths and restrooms.
  • Isle of Palms Recreation Center, featuring tennis courts, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, soccer fields, baseball/softball fields, children's playground and supervised activities.
  • Exceptional golf in the nearby Wild Dunes Resort.
  • Isle of Palms marina and boat ramp.

Folly Beach

One of the Charleston Coast's oldest beach communities, Folly Beach, features more public-park acreage than any other residential oceanfront island in South Carolina. This casual beach town features excellent surfing, boating, fishing and seaside activities, plus access to local tennis and golf.

Dunes Properties represents many private homes, as well as the newest and most desirable vacation villas on Folly Beach.

Sullivan's Island

Steeped in history, charming Sullivan’s Island offers visitors a relaxed, family focused community where interesting military sites and expansive, clean beaches easily fill the days. Sullivan's Island did not sustain as much damage as neighboring Isle of Palms from Hurricane Hugo. It retained older homes and the live oaks that shade them. There are no hotels or multi-family housing here; Sullivan's Island is residential community, one tightly integrated in the ebb and flow of Charleston history.

Sullivan’s Attractions
  • Two miles of white sand beach for swimming and sunbathing
  • A park with tennis courts, a playground, soccer fields and a gazebo
  • Restaurants and pubs line two blocks of Middle Street.
  • Golf courses are nearby in Mt. Pleasant and the Isle of Palms.
  • In-season Oyster Roasts hosted by various Sullivan's Island organizations.
  • A full-service marina just across the Waterway at Marsh Harbor (Toler's Cove).
  • There are a couple of popular surfing spots here and more down the road on Isle of Palms.
  • Fishing, crabbing and shrimping. You can't escape these popular Low Country activities.
  • Biking and rollerblading are also popular and safe forms of exercise on Sullivan's quiet residential streets.
